Ranch Hand will honor any merchandise returned in original condition which has not been worn, installed or used. The product must be returned within 21 days or less from date of invoice. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order. All returns must be initiated through Ranch Hand's customer service department so that a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number can be issued.
Customer Service can be reached at 1 (800) 366-9712 and must be contacted before sending a product back. Customer Service department hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (CST). When packaging your parts for shipping, please write the RGA number on the outside of the packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package. Returned goods shipped freight collect to Ranch Hand will be refused.
