I am a storm chaser out of Texas. May 11,2023 I was involved in a wreck during a storm chasing. Blinding rain conditions and slick road made it impossible to stop when a truck came to a complete stop in front of me. Most the damage came from an unsecured tool box in the bed of there truck. ~ Shantel
